Loch Lomond is a beautiful tweed, 100% Scottish wool yarn; it is spun as a carded yarn, which means it is very voluminous.  It also has the colorful nubs that make tweeds so alluring.  While luscious right off the skein, something magical happens after blocking, when the fibers magically bloom. Perfect for sweaters, shawls, hats & blankets.

Loch Lomond is a 100% GOTS certified organic blend yarn. GOTS certification requires that all stages of the production from start to finish are ecologically, environmentally, and ethically sustainable (including animal welfare). The growing conditions, dye processes, waste water treatment, and fair and ethical working conditions must meet GOTS standards, which is the only internationally recognized organic certification.

Gauge: 18 sts x 28 rows = 4” (10 cm)
Needles: US 6-8 (4-5 mm) 
Hand wash cool, lay flat to dry
